It's hard to believe but after six years of being married- we are finally having a little one of our own! We found out on June 17th, the day before our team of fifty-six people flew into Miami, Florida for our Panama missions training.
I woke up early that morning and took a pregnancy test. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me as the second pink line emerged on the pregnancy test. "Baby!", I called to Greg as he was sleeping in bed. "Baaaaaabbbby!!", I said more urgently and ran and thrust the pregnancy strip out towards him. "Look."
He looked at me confused and said with a huge grin on his face, "Shut up! Are you serious?"
We still weren't sure if it was a fluke pregnancy test- so we waited 24 hours and took another one and confirmed that yes, indeed. We were pregnant!

I feel so privileged to have been on that trip ;) I can't wait to see what an awesome little person Zion is going to be! He is going to make an already amazing journey that much more incredible. He is BLESSED!!
